Quotation, deposit and delivery
We provide a written quotation describing scope, deliverables, fees and the delivery plan. Work begins after written acceptance and receipt of any agreed deposit. For fixed-scope projects, the deposit is 50%, with the balance due on delivery. Any different milestones must be stated in the accepted quotation.
Payment and recurring services
Payment terms are card or bank transfer against invoice, payable within 14 calendar days. Recurring work is on a monthly basis with an initial one-month commitment, billed monthly in advance. No advertising-budget percentage is charged unless it is explicitly included in the accepted quotation. Third-party charges and advertising budgets must be agreed separately.
Client responsibilities and changes
The client provides accurate product information, rights to supplied materials, required access and timely approvals. Do not share passwords in the contact form. Changes outside the accepted scope require a revised written quotation and may change the schedule. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may move the delivery dates.
Delivery and review
The quotation identifies the delivery milestones and acceptance criteria. The review period is seven calendar days after delivery for reporting an issue against the agreed scope. This does not remove rights available under applicable law.
Results and liability
We do not guarantee sales, revenue, advertising returns, rankings or other commercial results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected services. This limitation does not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
